FAQ 01

Frequently Asked Questions

A few things people ask

Question 01

How far in advance should I book?

My calendar typically books [X–X weeks / months] out. If you have a deadline or launch date in mind, it's always worth reaching out early. I'd rather find a way to make it work than have you scramble.

Question 02

What do I need to have ready before we start?

Not as much as you'd think. A general sense of where you are and where you want to go is enough to get started. We build everything else together.

Question 03

Do you work with clients outside of Denver?

All the time. Most of my clients are remote and we work together entirely online. Wherever you are, we can make it work.

Question 04

What if I'm not sure which option is right for me?

That's what the discovery call is for. We'll figure it out together — there's no wrong answer at that stage.

Question 05

What's your refund policy?

I put care into every project from day one. Because of the nature of the work, deposits are non-refundable, but I'm committed to making sure you love what we create together. If something isn't working, we'll talk through it.
